Did Powell ever back up what she claimed that Dominion had been selling election results to in in Venezuela to rig elections for the late leader Hugo Chavez and that it has the ability to switch minimum 7 million votes from Trump to Biden across a dozen states, all of which will be introduced in federal courts?
Everyone surely accepts there are shenanigans happening in probably every election in every state. It's whether it amounts to the scale of whatever amount the system says Trump lost by.
i am not a fan of either as I believe that beneath the hyping, they were very disappointing in court when it came to actual arguments.
but I also want to be fair - all they could do was to try and get judges to approve audits, investigations and discovery.
Both of them are private lawyers, they have neither the capability nor authority to do the kind of investigations required to uncover incontrovertible proof.
For what it's worth, they brought more than enough to court that were there any respect for justice and fairness left, it would have moved things forward.
However, it turned out that the judicial branch is just as corrupt, if not more, than the other 3 branches of our government.
