Yes. Pretty obvious the President does not actually control things. There is more power in the media, and political races on the state level.

IMO, we dont know because it has not formulated yet. The US is on its way out, and only question is, how quickly, because Biden and our government in general cannot keep it together. Picture will become more clear pretty soon though.
