That's stupid and a waste of resources. The left didn't destroy institutions, they infiltrated them and made them their own. Good luck trying to build up OAN (though I've seen people here call them traitors already as well - hello, purity spiral!) to be the new Fox. How many decades will it take to achieve such a position? And how many short years (or months) do we have?

If we have a chance to get Fox back on track, we should do it. And be it only in addition to alternative networks. Wouldn't hurt to have several outlets on our side.
