Should be on the ballot in every state
Only Texas can legally concede by vote without declaring war. But I wpuld assume that if Texas does become its own nation again that many states might call for annexation and become part of Texas.
If Texas does secede, although completely legal and right, Democrats will declare war on Texas to take it back.
