Just because Trump never referred to the "Biden administration" when referring to the transition doesn't guarantee he means he's entering a 2nd term.

Trump is a prideful person. Anyone would hate saying the name of someone they despise. Obama always referred to Trump as the "new administration"

But if we look at everything else, its clear that Trump is leaving.

1. He greenlit a transition specifically for BIDEN

2. Trump's Department of State issued an official statement saying the BIDEN transition is being finalized

3. Biden was certified and is scheduled to be sworn in tomorrow

4. Trump moved everything out of the White House including all of his staff, and they all are resigning

5. Trump and Melania gave farewell speeches

Just because Trump didn't specifically use Biden's name when he refers to the transition doesn't mean he's referring to his 2nd term.
