The problem with this, and a full 230 deletion is that this can be an excuse for even more censorship. At least they'll suffer in the process.

The "ideal" is to make them accountable based on their real behavior, if you're really a platform, like TDW (which act only on violence/illegal posts), you're immune. If you're a BS platform like Twitter and act like a publisher, you're accountable.
