Like most people don't have tracking devices (cell phone) in our pocket most of the time, which were purchased willingly.
But at least you can throw that away if you want.

My phone is degoogled, so I can't be tracked. Even if it wasn't, I could always throw my phone into the river and I can't be tracked anymore. A microchip is completely different.
