This confuses me as to why did Trump move his stuff out of the White House and plan to be in FL on the 20th and give up when there is evidence of other countries involvement in our election? Even the military did not want to get involved in the national security issues with our national election, but suddenly want to secure an inaugeration ?
I think you have to consider...that he knew all this, he had evidence etc and so something had to prevent him from acting, A reason. Like....maybe the DS threatened him with something significant, like a small n.u.k.e.... in one of our cities.

It sickens me to no end to think that people would be so cruel as to threaten Trump when all he wants is to end wars and help the middle class.
