The closest thing this country has ever had to a dictator was the one who literally put innocent minority American citizens into camps, allowed a deadly attack on American soil to sway public opinion about a war, instituted the largest Ponzi scheme in the history of the world to steal from the public and future generations, and had to die to be removed from office because he had no intention of stepping down, ever. That’s a dictator. And that was a Democrat of course. Trump was a populist, the opposite of a dictator.
