I'm convinced that all elections had some form of fraud or another, but only in light doses here and there where needed without looking too obvious or changing the GE result in an obvious way. The Dems had a poor operation in the Midwest in 2016 and were caught by surprise.
I am starting to theorize though that Democratic primaries have been rigged since 2012, after Hillary lost her nomination to Obama. Then, in 2016, Bernie did better than expected, so they upped the fraud (see AZ's Dem 2016 primary and NV's caucus mess). They felt set for the GE so they kept the fraud low.
In 2020, they COULD NOT LET TRUMP WIN and went all out with GE fraud. Biden was super unpopular too, so I'm certain they rigged his primary vote as well.
Same with Bernie in 2020. He passed Biden in the “polls” coming up to Super Tuesday then immediately almost the entire candidate pool dropped out and endorsed Biden.
