It's never happened before. Chief Justice Roberts already said he won't preside over the trial. The Constitution says the Chief Justice has to preside over the trial of a sitting president to remove a president from office. If Trump isn't in office and the Chief Justice isn't presiding over the trial (Kamala will probably preside in that case), is it really an impeachment? I don't think so but Democrats have no problem just changing the definition of things to suit their agenda. It would just be another partisan thing that would further divide the country.
How is pardoning Assange tied in any way to the article on impeachment they already presented and voted on?? Lol. How would that influence the vote on the claim trump incited a riot (he didn’t)? Just pardon him already with two middle fingers up.
Even if he doesn't pardon Assange, FUCK MITCH. Mitch, hell awaits you bitch. We all know there is a video tape of your bi threesome with Chuck and Nancy. CCP will reveal soon. You are no longer useful to them traitor. Your chinese wife will punk you in a new york minute. How ironic.
If POTUS pays any attention to this, he hasnt learned a goddamn thing in 4 years of being in Washington D.C.
Trump should conveniently leak the tape of the conversation
If this was true, and I know Trump, assange would have been pardoned already.
They will impeach no matter what.
This.
It’s amazing how Trump exposed the swamp in DC.
Do it TRUMP! or they will they'll hold that weak ass sword of damocles over your head for life call their bluff.
They're going to do whatever they want anyway, pardon or not. Surely he knows that.
Trump should double pardon him
They can impeach after he’s out of office?

pardon assange today and you are guilty of inciting a riot two weeks ago, don't pardon and we pinky promise to maybe not find you guilty.
Yeah, that's a threat and an admission of corruption. Assange has nothing to do with the swamp rat lies about inciting insurrection.
Sounds like extortion to me.

I don't know. Unless Assange is being held hostage to prevent WikiLeaks from releasing things that McConnell and the Swamp need kept secret?

So that extortion then?
Because the two are literally unrelated
Do it, POTUS - screw that guy!
Your terms are acceptable.
Please do it! Show us who the commies still are (is it only 43 we’re going to work on getting out of office? Is it more?
