He wouldn't need much. I honestly think he could make an alt-tech account somewhere or just make announcements through his own web-site and GOP constituents would trust that over w/e the GOP says.
I'd argue it isn't clear Trump can't take over the GOP, this is the biggest betrayal of Trump by the GOP yet. If Trump can find candidates to endorse against GOP establishment I think it could happen.
95% of GOP constituents support Trump. He needs to create a path for them to choose between them.
Ideally Trump would make the GOP the irrelevant 3rd party prompting anyone who wants any part of that agenda to join the Patriot Party.
But I also think Trump should explore a hostile takeover of the GOP. They have money he'd be entitled to.
