He wouldn't need much. I honestly think he could make an alt-tech account somewhere or just make announcements through his own web-site and GOP constituents would trust that over w/e the GOP says.

I'd argue it isn't clear Trump can't take over the GOP, this is the biggest betrayal of Trump by the GOP yet. If Trump can find candidates to endorse against GOP establishment I think it could happen.

95% of GOP constituents support Trump. He needs to create a path for them to choose between them.
