I keep questioning why Trump won’t say Biden whenever he mentions transferring power or “a new administration”.
Is he transferring power to the military? Or FEMA?

He does seem particularly allergic to saying "Transfer to the Biden Administration" doesn't he?
Yup! Sometimes it’s more important to notice what you don’t hear, instead of what you do.
FEMA/military is my guess.
He better be referring to the military.
After all it's not something he'd say.
Never recognize the opponent in a loss and never give them the satisfaction of saying you concede. Rule of fighters. Also it comes from West Wing.
I believe he has already transferred his power to the military. They will remain in control until March 4.
