I keep questioning why Trump won’t say Biden whenever he mentions transferring power or “a new administration”.

Is he transferring power to the military? Or FEMA?

It would be a powerful move to strike your enemy in the 11th hour when they think they’ve won, and their guard is down...

I believe he has already transferred his power to the military. They will remain in control until March 4.
