I, Retainer to the Vessel of Archangel Uriel, the Illuminator and Transmutator, Protector of Lyran Spirits within the Galactic Federation of Light, do hereby authorize immediate and unrestricted access to the Terran planet of Earth.

I authorize full disclosure to make contact without concealment or reservation in order to protect the beings of light that reside upon this world. These Terrans are legal descendents of Lyra, Vega, and are also of Pleiadian racial mixing. As such, they are lawfully under the protection of the 4th finger of God, Uriel the Illuminator.

Due to imminent threats to the continued peaceful existence of this Terran Earth colony, intervention is required. All Federation emissary and defense forces are to respond immediately under authority of the Host of Lyra.

Imbedded hostile mix breeds are present and are aware of our response. Terran military forces are on alert and will likely fire upon all unidentified targets and be seen as potential threats. Minimize ancestral collateral damage as much as possible, but do not limit Federation capability. The use of all categories of transmutation is authorized, those that fail to comply are cleared to be cast into the pits.
