They are probably all the same. He is making the decisions and taking one for the swamp because he is retiring.

He's not retiring for 6 years. He's not taking one for anyone but himself. He sees Trump is about to be powerless and so he's not being shy about stabbing him in the back. He's cozying up to the new admin. You don't get to be the top politician without being a crooked opportunist.

Hopefully he manages to torpedo some Biden bill and a deranged leftist murders him. I'd shed a tear... from laughter.
