For the past week I was prolonging the update just so I don't miss the Emergency broadcast by the President if it ever happens tomorrow..Today, however, my phone automatically did the system update. I'm checking how I can see if I am enabled for the broadcast. `

Mine tried but I caught it and stopped it. Shady! On a side note, it made me believe more that something big is about to happen:)
