They probably would, I mean they are hyping up the Trump supporters in the National Guard - maybe they will actually frame one of the ones they left behind - or just shoot a random guy and call him the perp.

The "threats" from the capitol storming didn't hold much water.
Why would they need a martyr? Would a martyr magically give them the force they need to murder us? They might want a martyr before they murder us, but they definitely don't need a martyr.
