Not really. Whatever this website is, it clearly isn't an official source for information on COVID. Presumably it's just a "scraper", pulling information from various public sources, and using some automated formatting to keep updating it. It's unlikely that there would be any official national data on "recovered cases" (since it's clearly not a knowable number, and any numbers shown by those states and counties which report a number under this heading are obviously meaningless), so when the field is missing from whatever sources this site is scraping national data from, it just ends up showing as a zero.

Would you mind providing a bit of context as to what the website is (just a general description) and how/where you're supposed to find this within? Thanks.
They only count as recovered with two negative tests or something. I bet the real deaths are like 1/3 of reported. They have to list the china virus even if the death was caused by something else.
