Unemployment is insurance that you pay into as a tax on your paycheck. The actual unemployment checks come out of that fund, not the company.
That’s actually partially true. Employers have to pay into FUTA abs SUTA as does the employee. Then, when your employee is fired and qualifies for unemployment the State changes the rate at which you are charged for SUTA per X dollars of payroll. So not only does your stupid fucking liberal employee drain you while on your payroll, they also cost you money even after you get rid of them.

I have been a business owner for 15 years and can uniquely remember every liberal that has worked for me, not because of how good of an employee or friend they were, but because of how much damage they did to the company, how much they abused every ounce of generosity shown to them, how many times they were sick, how many times they were late, and how hard they were to get rid of.
A good employee is one I want to keep and am constantly in fear they are going to put in their two weeks notice because they got a better offer, so I keep trying to sweeten the deal for them. A liberal employee is one that I can’t get rid of quick enough.
