So here is my guess, if you look to the right, you'll see a preview of the Wikipedia article. But when you click on the Wikipedia link, the text doesn't match up. What happened is, either someone updated the page and it then got changed back and Bing has not refreshed, or Bing pulls its preview data from the latest update regardless of whether it is the published version or not.

I may or may not work for Big Tech and we may or may not have seen this happen quite a few times recently.
