He probably has the best chance of any Republican candidate, but in the general election? The Trump Derangement Syndrome has been embedded very deeply within the populace, and it will only get worse in coming years, when they systematically destroy all his legacy. He also doesn't have the "invincible" nimbus anymore, he'd need to get another shtick apart from "you won't get tired of winning!" He also can't talk about election fraud, or he'd be censored to hell and back and probably disqualified by the RNC. He'll have a very tough time campaigning, they'll call him a "loser one-term president" and he won't have much to reply to that.
And all that assuming the GOPe won't backstab him and convict him. I guess we'll see.
We will never see a Republican president again, at least in my lifetime which still has (hopefully) several decades to go.
Trump's presidency has made it so they won't let it happen again. Anytime someone is even remotely a threat, they'll just do what they did this time again.
He said in one of his rallies before the election "I really don't want to wait until 2024" which implies to me he might run again
