Detroit was already in the toilet by the time Kwame Kilpatrick came around. Coleman Young did a lot of damage before him serving as mayor for 20 years

Kilpatrick was a low iq nitwit, but he didn't deserve a pardon.

You are right about Coleman Young. He destroyed Detroit. No wonder when his son ran against a white guy, the white guy won. Detroit's citizens KNOW what the Young name means to the city....disaster.
