A lot of buildings have no 13th floor, including where I live in NYC which definitely is not Trump Tower. This is especially true with older buildings. Because it is considered bad luck and people are superstitious. It's harder to sell or lease 13th floor properties and some people won't even visit them. It’s a utility floor so there’s no access in the regular elevator. 13 is as well.
