In April 2010, he published the "Collateral Murder" video, accusing U.S. airmen of targeting civilians and journalists.

In July 2010, he published the Afghanistan War logs from Chelsea Manning.

In October 2010, he published the Iraq War Logs, a collection of 391,832 (!) U.S. Army field reports from 2004 to 2009.

In November 2010, he plushed a quarter million U.S. diplomatic cables, the "Cablegate" files.

In April 2011, he published the Guantanamo Bay files.

Assange is no Angel. His actions served to harm the national security of the United States. That's why President Trump didn't pardon him.

Assange also likes to bareback women without their consent.

He uncovered truths while the swamp rats were in power... they never actually cared about muh national security in fact they did more to make us unsafe than Assange could have done in 10,000 lifetimes. If you think the government needs to keep secrets from the people they supposedly represent then you will enjoy living in a tyrannical America. When is the last time these secrets stopped a 9/11type event vs the times its created one. Our government doesn't need to be using our tax dollars to fuckin poke at a hornet's nest of other countries then keep it a secret from us fuck them.

National Security does not overwrite personal security. The "its for national security" argument never had teeth when we started sending our citizens overseas to die for oil and Israel.

Fuck off with your lies, the girl retracted her statement and said she never wanted to prosecute him, it was only done on the bequest of America.

The wars in Afghanistan and especially Iraq were a crime. A crime that cost hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of innocent lives and brought tons of refugees to the West, further eroding our cultures.

Stop trying to smear Assange (even with that retarded rape charge, what the fuck were you thinking?) in order to defend Trump. Trump fucked up in his last days in office, they totally castrated him. You don't want to hear it, but it's true. Hey, maybe Trump does the right thing in appeasing them, they will show mercy, let him run in 2024, maybe he'll win and turn everything around. Or maybe they will still convict him, or he'll run and lose, and it will all have been for naught (meaning this last minute cuckoldry). Who knows?

But not pardoning Assange and Snowden is a fucking shame. A shame. Maybe a shame that was well-paid, but still a shame.

EDIT: I first called the wars a mistake, but mistakes are still based on honesty. These were crimes, the American public, the world, was intentionally lied to, just so the military-industrial complex could have his wars and the deep state could his surveillance state.

Irrelevant if the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were a "crime."

Assange published secret U.S. documents in order to harm U.S. national security.

Aww, can't handle the truth? Afflicted by naive realism?

Or do you just hate America?

Yeah, the elites lying to the American people for war profits, that's America for you? I hope you're indeed just a shill, because if this is your honest opinion, you're just pathetic.

Again, whether elites are lying to generate war profits is irrelevant to the crimes Assange committed.

Assange's crimes are similar to those of John Anthony Walker and deserve a similar punishment.

It's absolutely relevant, his actions were a direct result of that massive, massive crime and completely pales in comparison, some might even say it was rather to expose the real crime - like breaking into a house to get evidence for a murder that happened. Of course the breaking in is still a crime - technically. But the only one who gets his panty in a bunch about this is the murderer and his defense attorney (which you apparently are).

Why do people jock him all day then? I don’t know Jack about him.

That's why he should be pardoned.

I hated the video of friendly fire. No value in releasing that at all. I filmed a Soldier blown up with an IED. Deleted it. What is the point. Everyone knew what happened, how it happened...meh.

He's a tough one because even though the wars are unjust, it endangers more lives, families. I don't see the point in it. Maybe say you have it and show some people if needed. Otherwise no.

I'm on the fence but I do think he has suffered enough. Probably time.
