POTUS was a resident of FLORIDA. If Florida had election fraud and he filed in federal court my understanding is that he would have standing as a disenfranchised voter of that state.
The courts would have to hear the merits of the case.
It’s 50/50 whether my case gets heard. You’re right. It could get punted out, but it also becomes official record and if ENOUGH of you filed with the courts they would be REQUIRED to hear the merits of the case.

Incorrrect. To date NO civil suits brought forth to the courts by CITIZENS and RESIDENTS of states with KNOWN fraud have been rejected on the basis of standing.
Spez: I’m pretty confident in saying nearly ALL of the cases brought before the courts were either law firms not representing residents and only representing Trump or were not residents of the state in which they filed suit.
Do what I did. I found a lawyer who would take my money. They’re out there. They might not argue the case for you but they’ll write it up and show you how to file.
