POTUS was a resident of FLORIDA. If Florida had election fraud and he filed in federal court my understanding is that he would have standing as a disenfranchised voter of that state.
The courts would have to hear the merits of the case.
It’s 50/50 whether my case gets heard. You’re right. It could get punted out, but it also becomes official record and if ENOUGH of you filed with the courts they would be REQUIRED to hear the merits of the case.
