So his people can have a job, since they are being blacklisted.
Lobbying isn't confined to just corporate lobbying, you know.
He could easily get them jobs. He has many well-running businesses and many supporters with big businesses, right?
So his guys can become lobbyists. Which means the whole purpose of the EO was to prevent Obama's guys from becoming lobbyists.
Why would they become lobbyists when they were already were entrenched in the institutions, and still are?
You think that e.g. Trump's Chief of Staff will stay Biden's Chief of Staff?
That's not what I'm saying. I am talking about the Obama-people that Trump to his detriment failed to remove.
So, what exactly does that mean.
It means that as Trump's executive members leave their office they can become lobbyists right away.
That is something Trump claimed he wanted to stop and he did stop it for Obama's people.
Now that he is leaving though, he opens up the possibility again for his own people. Filling up the swamp.
Biden can re-instate.
Why would he? You can't do it retroactively, otherwise it's targetting individuals and that is a conspiracy against rights / deprivation of rights under color of law, a felony...
