Recall the turtle

Since the State of KY doesnt have any recall provisions for Senators, is it even possible to do a recall? What would that take? Referendum? State Legislature action? Special ballot measure?

Any local lawyer pedes specialized in KY State law want to weigh in on this?

State legislature may be able to write a recall law. Contact your state rep and state senator.
