Since the State of KY doesnt have any recall provisions for Senators, is it even possible to do a recall? What would that take? Referendum? State Legislature action? Special ballot measure?

Yes, he uses ESS. But i do think you can find a fair bit of support from the Left on this. So basically itll be replacing a swamp monster with another swamp monster for now.
