I've been praying, preparing, and trying hard not to think it would end this way, but here we are. A binary outcome as they say, either one or the other, with many who were voices and leadership for us strangely silent, and I myself have found my way to some interesting sources of comfort in the corners of the internet.
The Declaration of Independence puts it clearly.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. - - That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
I am holding both thoughts simultaneously: that 'this is not over yet', however by 1pm Eastern Time it will be over, at least the fraud becomes final, and the U.S.A. as we knew it is no more. Or a genuine miracle occurs, which we all know is unlikely but sometimes do happen.
