I will start to gather a listing of IP addresses, URL's to add to your router. IT IS AMAZING how fast a 100MB connection actually is when you block these URLS.

IF you know how to login to your router (don't use the stupid cable or phone co modem/routers - you can't block things on them).

Login and add / block websites and trackers.

and for CRYING OUT-LOUD - STOP USING CHROME / Edge - Firefox is better but I think they are starting to add in back doors to track you based on some research
