He believed scotus would do their job. They didn’t. He couldn’t do some bullshit IA bc the joint chiefs and military brass were NOT going to allow it. They didn’t even allow it back in August.
His only way was legally through the courts & then thru Congress or legislatures. They refused.
If you think they would suddenly not only give him his election back AND ALSO give back the senate, you’re crazy. He’d be stuck w some fucking roadblock at every step of the way.
