When it comes to elderly people who still buy into Democrat propaganda, I think of it this way... You know the adage that people under 30 who are liberal have a heart and people over 30 who are conservative have a brain? (Nevermind I've always had a heart and brain and was strongly consevative as a teen, but that's me.) I prefer to think of it that if you've reached 50 and beyond and are still voting Dem, then you're just shallow. There are tons and tons of shallow people in the world. They are the ones who broadly accept news, haven't heard of Antifa until this past summer, they go off to their jobs and church and do the family holidays. But, if you try to ask them WHY they vote the way they do, they'll throw out the standard shallow answers like, "Because I'm not racist." or "Because I care about poor people." or "Because my union shop steward is a good guy and says vote D no matter what." or "Because my family is D and we just do that." Sometimes there are shallow conservatives too and that is probably more a family generational thing. But seriously, by the time people get to 50, they've swallowed multiple red pills. If they actually stop and think, then they change their mind, shift their paradigm, and start looking at what the other side has to offer. Unfortunately, like I said before, too many people are shallow and will continue to go against their interest and against their life experience.
