Sure, Biden may have a Zoom inauguration later today, but Democrats know that Trump will still have more power than Biden, even after the inauguration. Trump could still call up 75 million patriots with a word... Biden is so scared he has to filter his own military. That doesn't sound like a "transfer of power" to me.
