While I believe that a person does not have an obligation to submit to a government that is illegitimate and does not have any legal authority, never forget that most governments govern through force.
The US government absolutely will enforce its orders. Legal arguments will not protect you. The courts are no longer about justice, but merely another enforcement arm of the government.

The only thing that will hurt the feds is if you take their money, and the Fed can only print money for so long.
If Texas became an income tax sanctuary state I would drop my shit so fast and speed down the highway and even live in a tent if necessary to live there.
