Much of the States is. As a Dutchman, and I used to be afraid of saying this as it sounds offensive, I avoided the USA most of my life despite being incredibly attracted to its nature.. as a result of its politics and broken society.

I grew up in the 80's and 90's, so I never understood what America once was, not until Trump became president, then suddenly a new light shone on it. I hope it does again, in the future..

Hopefully Texas becomes a free state and breaks off from the US.

Dumb question(s), but how would a state survive immediately after secession? It looks like Texas has most of what they would need, but would a state like Montana have the necessary resources to sustain themselves? Are there any limitations on what types of crops can be grown there? Would they be cut off from the remaining states in the US, in terms of goods and services? What about military defenses? If a state seceded you can bet my ass will be there, but I wonder about these things.

Texas has everything it needs. Hell, big tech is moving there. Tesla will be there, Microsoft may go there soon. Cali will be a wasteland soon.
