I can't see how this helps. Taking 25% or whatever part of the vote he gets away from the GOP will certainly ensure the left win the next gazillion elections.

The GOP isn’t losing 25%... try 99.9%

Unchallenged voter fraud has already taken care of that. Besides, the GOP is nothing but controlled opposition at this point. None of them are what they claim to be. When's the last time you heard one of them utter the phrase "battlefield of ideas" or anything that didn't sound just as fake and focus grouped as the Dems? We complain that all the Dems do is run on "not being the other guy" but the GOP is now doing the same. Neither side runs on big ideas reaching goals. The GOP deserves to got the way of the Whig.

Ok, so you're saying that it's a 'nothing to lose, the fix is already in' situation.. Fair enough. From that point of view, it makes more sense.

Cheers.

I swore that I would never donate another penny to the GOP after the Romney fiasco in 2012. And now, after having been a lifelong Republican, I'm vowing that I'm done. There are 3 character flaws that I simply will not abide: treachery, cowardice and ingratitude; and for me, its name is the Republican party. I'm in my 60s, and I'm going to live long enough to watch the GOP burn to the ground with all its squishy vermin inside.
