It's not true. President Trump has already said that he will help the GOP win the House and Senate in 2022, and will help primary RINOs. Rudy Giuliani also said that his goal will be to turn it back into the party of Lincoln.

The only way is the starting a third party. Dems will win everything at first, but the GOP needs to know hey will never win another election. Conservatives who want a seat at the table will have to do with through the party of Trump.
