I remember Donald Trump being the most recognizable name when I was in the sixth grade (30 years ago). Anybody in school, if they hadn't known who he was might have been laughed at. But I'll never know for sure because even little kids knew who he was.

ngl, I didn't take any notice of him until a bunch of known baddies started to really hate on him. The more they hated, the more I took a shine to him

This is me. I have said before that I thought Trump and Hillary were in on it (my own ignorance) because the Republicans and Democrats have been uniparty forever. I thought Trump would bow out at the last minute. Then people started saying shit about Trump and the more I researched for myself the more full of shit I found out they are. The first thing for me was the whole "We have evidence of Russian collusion but we are not going to show you" crap....all obvious lies from then on out. Every little thing blown way out of proportion in comparison to any other previous president or other political leaders for that matter.

I grew up outside NYC. In March 1983 my high school girlfriends and I took a train trip down to the city. I remember wandering into Trump Tower, which had just opened. It was more striking then because there were fewer stores. The atrium was wide open. I rode up and down the escalator and admired the flume. I loved the lighting, the colors of the marble, everything about it.

Everyone knew Trump's name. He was a household word. A legend even then.

His life always represented the American Dream to me. Even more so now that he showed what a courageous patriot he is.

I was not.

My dad told me he supports him in 2016. I thought he was crazy. He said jusy wait!

So I waited. I researched his affairs, and I found ZERO evidence he was philandering. I researched his divorces and found ZERO evidence he wanted them. I researched his kids (by their fruits ye shall know them) and found he was a devoted and loyal father.

Then I heard him say "ten feet taller!" I was instantly converted at that moment.

Trump is Captain Moroni.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t like him before 2015. I thought he was an egotistical blowhard. After I saw how the establishment was terrified of him I changed my mind. I voted for him in 2016 as a “fuck you” to the deep state. I voted for him in 2020 because I now genuinely love the dude. Best president of my lifetime.
