Damn, this is what I commented above. Because of shit like this, it made today 10x harder for most. The plan was always to use TX to file a SCOTUS suit and the second that failed it was over. Everyone denied that saying they just thought of that and it was extra... You'd have to be dumb to believe that... Why didn't they file that lawsuit in 4 separate states following that? Jenna Ellis is a hack and I wouldn't pay her a dime... She didn't get a single piece of evidence presented.
