Because they were coming after you. Openly. And there was no security blanket because the Rep party was a sham.

You all would have been termed terrorist ( they would have came after everything you got and worse and maybe even his own family was held hostage) and actions taken against you all. Nobody was ready to stand up for you.

He cannot do everything alone.

He is an outsider. Everything was a set up.

Whatever he had in mind, was not what happened on the 6th.
