I don't agree with that, at all... If Biden had won fairly, I wouldn't care. I'd accept that my opinions don't represent the majority of America or we need to make our case better. The way things turned out just make it hopeless and pointless.

Well I can't speak for everyone, but as a Californian who just finished high school I can safely say our bad history is NOT front and center. College is a different story, but c'mon man. If California of all states is like this I doubt the majority of the country is being taught that stuff.

Paris accord, like any treaty, requires Senate approval before it can be enforced. Not quite holding my breath on that one yet.
Foreclosure/Eviction moratorium requires Congress (again) because 1) 10th Amendment issues - the states either already do it or don't do it, and 2) Landlord/Mortgager compensation is a budgetary item, requiring Congress to approve the funding (which is not really a guaranteed thing.) Otherwise you end up with an unfunded and unenforceable mandate.
Border wall can eventually be stopped... once existing contracts run out (simply ending a contract mid-project brings lawsuits for Breach Of Contract, and the government would end up having to pay way more than originally budgeted for the ongoing Wall-building contracts.)
The rest can be taken to court - you do it the same way the left does, by finding friendly federal judges (coincidentally, GEOTUS brought in hundreds of them!) to issue an injunction or four. The eviction/foreclosure freeze is something that really gets to me. I almost owned rental properties and I know people who do. People are squatting on these rentals now and the owners can't afford to own a house someone lives in for free.
I keep getting told the market is hot right now. But I just don't understand how. It has to be a bubble due to the low interest rates. You have a lot of people who bought investment homes and the people living in them aren't paying. Not being able to evict the squatters is going to do as much damage as shutting peoples jobs down.
How does the foreclose protection work? When the squatters are not paying is going to force a lot of people to lose their homes. Does the foreclosure protection assist making payments or does it defer the mortgage payments until the end of mortgage contract?
I'm not sure what the new one is but the one that ended recently kept owners from evicting non-paying tenants. I expect this one will be similar.
This is the type of crap you hear from the commie crowd who think taxation and landlords are stealing from people instead of an agreement to exchange services for money. If the government breaks the agreement and takes away the rights of the land owner then you're creating a recipe for problems. At a minimum you're talking about owners doing things like paying people to leave. Or in a worse case scenario damaging the property to get tenants out. There's nothing stopping owners from breaking windows in the middle of winter then refusing to fix the damage for the squatter. The contract between them is already invalid due to government over reach.
