Don’t doom, that’s all I can suggest. Back in Auchwitz, the Jews used to tell each other jokes and stories to keep themselves going and alive. They had no outside information, had no way of knowing if they would be saved, and things looked bleak for them, but they still found time to joke around as their stomaches hungered. The jokes and laughs kept them going. We are in a much better position now that in 2016 in terms of political control. We are driven and we are organizing. We will figure shit out. Dooming just delays us from taking good action. Do what you can do and let us do what we can do and when everyone does what they can they can make a big difference.
