Agnostic here. im reminded of the tale:

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego... refuse to bow down to the king's image...

it would seem the story of corruption and power hungry elites trying
to subjugate other people goes back to the beginning of humans.

we all know who won. we all know why it was stolen and by whom.

what we dont know is what happens tomorrow, or the day after.

if any of you freedom-loving pedes had faith, im sure its being test now.

growing up in a church, I was always told to pray for 'our leaders'

which always seemed silly to me, considering the Bible was full of stories, wherein
those same 'leaders' were entirely responsible for the calamity that befell the people
that prayed for 'good leadership'

if the test itself is meant to bring those closer to God through times of turmoil...

well, as you can see, im agnostic about all that now.

i would imagine, back when the nazis had made it all the way to russia,
that the world was pretty short on hopium...
