There's an inauguration event I passed on my way out. It only drew a handful of people that I can see, but the media and the police are there. No one is directing traffic because there isn't any. The house nearby has its Trump flag flying.

Also a nearby town has all its flags at half-mast, including a liberal arts college because of some (I assume) unrelated death.

Sort of amusing considering I live in a deep blue state.
