Infustructure. Can't vote with out power. Don't know what will cause it. Maybe the decay of communism, maybe a terrorist but it is the weak point. With out power there is no food so everyone dies but at least no communism. My geuss is it is heading in this direction. Sad though, I do not believe violence or the distruction of property is the answer.
