Jury nullification.

Might be the only judicial power we have anymore

31
Libertas_Vel_Mors 31 points ago +31 / -0

PS: If they ask you during selection if you know what Jury Nullification is, simply answer "Sorry, I'm not a lawyer - what is that, exactly?" or similar (technically, unless you're a lawyer, you're telling the truth.) I doubt they ask, since it spurs jurists to go look it up later, but just in case...

charwoman 23 points ago +23 / -0

Prosecutors will weed out any potential juror who knows what jury nullification is. Play dumb on that account, till you need to deploy it.

2
FridgeMAGAnet 2 points ago +2 / -0

Just don't lie.

3
Ivleeeg 3 points ago +3 / -0

Conversely, if you never want to be selected just tell them up front you're a huge fan of jury nullification.

THIS.

Not just nullification, but preventing nullification if the case involves a violent leftist doing violent leftist things.

Juries are the voice and conscience of the community. Getting people like you onto juries is essential.

Kraznaya 19 points ago +19 / -0

Came to say this.

Always accept jury duty and conceal yourself as a blue pilled normie. Pretend to be stupid. Act like a know-nothing. Then once you're deliberating, drop nullification on everyone.

4
Hanging_Chad 4 points ago +4 / -0

Is it okay to lie about how educated you are?

9
Kraznaya 9 points ago +9 / -0

Education =/= intelligence.

Admit you have degrees if you have them since that's a verifiable fact, but act like an absolute moron who just happens to have some specific subject matter expertise.

4
Hanging_Chad 4 points ago +4 / -0

Gotcha. Now I know why they never select me

A quick primer and small history on how Jury Nullification works

29
JoesCrunchyDiaper 29 points ago +29 / -0

the patriots need you. go and fight for what's right. It could be a battle over a kids custody, money funneling from a campaign. You never know.

Balance the scales of justice. Pardon all patriots.

I dont understand this mentality - you go and do what needs to be done. Period.

You dont stop being a good man - just because others arent.

13
JustinAthol 13 points ago +13 / -0

Chances are if the jury selection determines you to be conservative, you will likely be dismissed .

Usually they don’t get into political leanings, they’re more concerned with your biases toward or against the facts in their case.

However if it’s a trial for a rioter, then it all depends on their political leanings to determine if yours matter or not.

JimmyJam 8 points ago +8 / -0

can't complain if you are not engaged - go be an impartial arbiter of justice and hold the system accountable

6
Wolf2 6 points ago +6 / -0

Go and do your duty. Light a candle on your corner of the world.

6
wat_meme 6 points ago +6 / -0

Go, it's one of our boxes.

For some info before you exercise your right, go to Fully Informed Jury Association, www.fija.org.

No matter what the judge says, you can ignore unconstitutional laws, just don't go blabbing about it. just refuse to convict.

6
IBeWokeIBePraying 6 points ago +6 / -0

I concur with your sentiments, 831. BannedbyRed said it: Jury nullification.

6
DeadOverRed 6 points ago +6 / -0

Vote not guilty no matter who it is and what they did. The system needs to burn.

Don would want a fair and accurate court system, even if the checks and balances are fucked what other voice do we have than to be fair when paired with 11 others? If session happens however...civil disobedience thru showing up but not acknowledging an honorable court may exclude you from being picked.

MarcusAurelius 4 points ago +4 / -0

"Oh no judge, I know nothing of this Jury Nullification thing that you are talking about, can you tell us more about it?"

Do your duty if only to have a voice of reason on that jury.

Take it, push back at the left every chance you get. Culture shapes politics, these fucks are running amuck.

I got a jury summons once. Spent for days at the court house, never even was called for a jury. it was a huge waste of time. make sure you take something to do with you.

1
Yofavstew 1 point ago +1 / -0

^^^ This. I took the FM21-76 Survival Manual....LOL Oddly, nobody batted an eye.;)

2
proximo 2 points ago +2 / -0

You have the power in a jury trial. None of this other crap affects that, I say if you can serve do it. Better you than some left wing nut bag.

2
LifeLibertyHappiness 2 points ago +2 / -0

I received a jury summons last week, I will be showing up to do my civic duty. If something happened to me, I’d want a jury of my peers to convict the asshole

2
HistoryInvestigator 2 points ago +2 / -0

You have the power to hang a jury if you think it is a bullshit case against someone. I hate jury duty and the odds of being picked are low anyway, just go.

2
Basehobo 2 points ago +2 / -0

Go and vote against the government in every instance.

2
Wowzer_papi 2 points ago +2 / -0

Go in and and don’t convict no matter the evidence. Cite any of the proven crimes with no consequences committed by our politicians lol

2
Whenagain 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's called a jury of our peers, but I call bullshit--my peers usually try to get out of jury duty. So, I make it a point to participate in the process just in case there's a good person like me who deserves a voice of reason in the jury box.

1
cryogen 1 point ago +1 / -0

Always serve on Juries when you can so that you can practice JURY NULLIFICATION.

Look it up.

Any law that is unconstitutional and/or immoral it is the jury's duty to ignore by any means necessary.

Sun_Tzu 1 point ago +1 / -0

Do your duty. A fellow patriot may need you. Jury duty is the only sure way to stop corruption in the court.

1
Ironlabel1 1 point ago +1 / -0

I say go to it. And if it’s bullshit stick up for the person. They are going to need the help.

1
mojorisen 1 point ago +1 / -0

If a Patriot is on trial, say what you must to get on the jury and then hang the jury no matter the evidence.

1
Ninki333 1 point ago +1 / -0

Now is your chance to make a difference. Jury duty should be seen as an actual duty. Duty to your community. You actually get a say in a ruling and folks tend to want to get out of Jury Duty. This is an opportunity to make a difference even if only a small one.

1
PonySoldier66 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’m telling the judge I will not be a fair and impartial juror. If I think your a Democrat voter your getting hammered. Your call

1
SavingPrivateGrace 1 point ago +1 / -0

Write a letter of disgust just as you stated above.

1
Average-Joe 1 point ago +1 / -0

You probably won't make it past jury selection. You are sane.

1
vegeta_ban 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nullify whatever it is

1
Ivleeeg 1 point ago +1 / -0

Jury duty removes the judge, definitely do it.

1
lanre 1 point ago +1 / -0

Please go. It's one of your few rights left. Pretty soon they'll rig all jury selections so only party members are selected. In the meantime, remember nullification is a thing (don't explain why you didn't vote guilty or not guilty).

archdog99 0 points ago +1 / -1

Tell them that during the jury interviews.

I finally got called in to jury duty recently & got out of it by telling the truth. I told them I was hacked & gang stalked by cops + military who would fuck with me in public & I could not be impartial in a case involving police. Prosecutor tried to tell me that if there were contradictions in the police report or something, you couldn’t legally hold it against them in court. Needless to say, I was borderline hostile with her.

2
underthesmellybridge 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why the hell would you want to get out of jury duty?

2
FuckTheOtherSide 2 points ago +2 / -0

Because fuck these corrupt faggots & their kangaroo court. They told me if cops contradicted what’s in the police report, you can’t legally hold it against them.
