No. Trump's PLAN was NOT to watch states enact fraud measures in violation of Article2, watch covid used as an excuse to violate state laws, watch the count come in and get fucked with for weeks, watch every county and state certify known bad results, file lawsuits and lose all to dismissal, wait for Texas to put together a 75% plan and jump on to it only to watch scotus punt it, sit around while Rudy went on about Iran and China while selling cigars, get shot down at every possible place, get stabbed in the back by people he helped elect, then throw everything to Pence.
