Let's replace it with the USS Liberty. Covering up an unprovoked attack on a ship of ours by Israel that was designed to draw us into war on their side. The only problem with their plan was that some people survived to tell the truth.
As a minimum the US government had to stand down and let it happen. There was some clear fuck shit going on with the military running a hijacked plane drill at the same time.
